Our Company cannot accurately quote or assess your problem without first seeing it. We begin our services with an assessment at a nominal service fee. Assessments, or PSA’s  (Point Specific Assessment), start at $85.00. Full Mold Inspections start at $325.00. Minimal time required for Point Specific Assessments is 1 hr. Minimal time required for Full Mold Inspection is 2 hrs. Narrative reports with associated and annotated picture references, and samplings are returned within 24 to 36 hrs.
